Shipping:

Sugarcup Trading ships merchandise to locations within the Continental United States for a flat rate per order of $7.99.  Oversized package rates will be contingent of weight and dimensions of items.Orders are processed within 3 business days of purchase unless your items state it's a pre order or is backordered. Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS depending on weight and usually arrive between 4-5 business days. 

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to UPS. Therefore, we are not responsible for delays in shipping, lost or damaged items, or products marked "Delivered" by UPS or USPS. All orders will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped. If tracking states that your order has been delivered, it is YOUR responsibility to contact UPS or USPS and file a claim if necessary. If a package is lost or stolen, we are not responsible for refunding or replacing merchandise.

Curbside:

Curbside services operate during store hours and can be arranged by calling the store: 708-524-5336 in advance of arriving. You may also request free Kraft gift wrap for your items. 

At Your Doorstep:

LocalDelivery Service is a complimentary, same day local delivery service for the following areas - Oak Park, IL; River Forest, IL; Riverside, IL, Forest Park, IL; Berwyn, IL. You can opt for this service at checkout if you live in these areas.
