Returns & Exchanges:
We want you to be delighted with every purchase! If you are not satisfied, we will be happy to issue a refund or exchange as detailed in this policy. Merchandise purchased from online at Sugarcuptrading.com may be returned at any Sugarcup Trading boutique or via mail at cost of the shipper.
Condition: Unused, unwashed, unworn merchandise may be returned with tags intact and attached.
Full Priced Items: Returns within 7 days of purchase or shipment delivery date may receive a full refund. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment unless a merchandise credit is requested. Returns made after 7 days but within 30 days will be issued as a merchandise credit. Returns made more than 30 days after purchase are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Online purchases may be returned via mail or in boutique.
Face Masks: All face masks are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Final Sale: Swimwear, Headwear and all Intimates and items marked as clearance are all final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Price Adjustments: Sugarcup Trading does not issue price adjustments for prior purchases.
Credit Card Purchases: Purchases made with credit or debit cards will be refunded to the original card. Due to varying bank policies, please allow up to 7 days for the credit to appear. Returns made with a gift receipt or Sugarcup gift card may be exchanged or returned for merchandise credit.
Return Procedures: If you would like to return or exchange your item(s), please login into your account on Sugarcuptrading.com and fill out a return request. Please include your reason for return and ship your return to the address below. You are responsible for sending the package through a trackable return method. If you do not use a trackable return method and the package is lost, we cannot issue a refund. We request notification of returns in order to track your package and process your refund appropriately. Any returned items that do not meet the return policy will be returned back to you.
Local Pick Up and Curbside Returns- Local residents may request returns via curbside or local pick up during store hours by calling the store- 708-524-5336.
